28.02.2014 Press

I have some inflammation in my left biceps now, so have to avoid some events and too much training involving biceps...

1x3 100kg
1x1 140kg

Circus dumbbell:
1x1 87kg
1x2 95kg (on the second rep the weight plates fell out, so it became a unstable lockout)
